1、浙江大學(xué)工學(xué)二部光電系碩士學(xué)位論文基于影像技術(shù)的珠光瓶體色貌評估姓名:傅凌進(jìn)申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):光學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:徐海松;M.RonnierLuo20100124基于影像方式的珠光瓶體色貌評價性,而彩度吻合度相對略差,視覺實(shí)驗(yàn)和相機(jī)的結(jié)果相關(guān)性驗(yàn)證了基于影像技術(shù)進(jìn)行珠光瓶體色貌評估方法的有效性。同時,對捕獲的樣本圖像分析發(fā)現(xiàn)珠光表面在對稱的幾何觀測條件呈現(xiàn)對稱的色貌感知,而非光澤區(qū)域與光澤區(qū)域之間的色貌差異與其相應(yīng)的明度差異具有R2=0.82和CV=8.5的正相關(guān)性。針對珠光色貌的質(zhì)量判定目標(biāo),在本文的研究中提出了珠光瓶體色貌差異的影像檢測方
2、法。通過心理物理學(xué)的排序法確定樣本對的色貌差異最佳觀測角度并應(yīng)用于基于灰階法評估指定樣本對色貌差異的視覺量化實(shí)驗(yàn),在同樣的觀測條件下進(jìn)行影像方法的樣本圖像捕獲,經(jīng)過圖像定位后提取具有代表光澤區(qū)域、非光澤區(qū)域以及過渡區(qū)域的三組顏色參數(shù)以及基于統(tǒng)計(jì)方法的明度對比度和過渡系數(shù)。然后,采用先前CIECAM02轉(zhuǎn)換后的明度修正建立珠光色貌差異的影像檢測模型。對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的詳細(xì)分析表明,基于影像技術(shù)的色貌差異模型預(yù)測結(jié)果與對應(yīng)的視覺評估數(shù)據(jù)之間的相關(guān)性為R2=O.81和CV=27.8,因此該模型可通過設(shè)定閾值或結(jié)合機(jī)器統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)習(xí)方式應(yīng)用于相關(guān)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢測領(lǐng)
