1、摘要川蒲膠囊是由川芎、黃芩、浙貝母、僵蠶、生牡蠣等12味藥材Dn-l；而成的膠囊劑，其湯劑應(yīng)用于臨床已經(jīng)10余年，功能是活血化瘀，散結(jié)開(kāi)竅，主治小兒腺樣體增生所致鼻塞、打鼾、憋氣、流涕、聽(tīng)力下降、記憶力減退等癥狀。中藥復(fù)方成分復(fù)雜，使得中藥的質(zhì)量評(píng)估缺乏內(nèi)在的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，所以建立中藥的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)意義重大。傳統(tǒng)中藥湯劑，煎煮起來(lái)相對(duì)復(fù)雜，服用量大，不容易被兒童接受。本文通過(guò)對(duì)組方藥成分進(jìn)行理化成分分析，改進(jìn)劑型為膠囊劑，以便于生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存和使用。本文根據(jù)原藥材的不同類型將其分成三種工藝類型進(jìn)行制備。僵蠶和浙貝母采取凈制后直接打粉入藥，以出粉率作為考
2、查指標(biāo)。其他藥材提取采用正交試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，其中，川芎等6味藥材采用醇提工藝，黃芩等4昧藥材采用水煎煮工藝。最終確定川芎等藥材的最佳提取工藝為：6倍量75％乙醇回流提取2次，每次2．0小時(shí)。黃芩等藥材的最佳提取工藝為：lO倍量水煎煮2次，每次煎煮1．5小時(shí)。本文對(duì)所用的主要原料藥材進(jìn)行了鑒別。根據(jù)藥典的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)定，對(duì)浙貝母、僵蠶、川芎、黃芩的薄層、水分、浸出物、灰分等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了逐項(xiàng)的檢查，保證了所用藥材的品質(zhì)。同時(shí)使用陰性無(wú)干擾的浙貝母、川芎、黃芩的TLC鑒別作為控制指標(biāo)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究，利用高效液相色譜法對(duì)組方中黃芩苷進(jìn)行了含量測(cè)定，并以
