1、東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要基于模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制器的開卷機(jī)張力控制系統(tǒng)的研究摘要張力控制的好壞在開卷和卷取過程中具有十分重要的意義,本文結(jié)合寶鋼2050熱軋精整橫切線改造項(xiàng)目,得出張力控制的效果將是提高產(chǎn)品的合格率,改善產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵措施,開卷段自動控制的主要任務(wù)就是帶鋼的恒張力控制,它是丌卷段控制的核心部分,本文選定丌卷機(jī)張力控制系統(tǒng)為本課題主要的研究對象。本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)備,介紹了硬件之間的通訊和控制方式。然后分析了影響張力計(jì)算精度的兩個(gè)重要因素?卷徑和慣性力矩的計(jì)算方法。其次,分析了開卷機(jī)張力控制系統(tǒng),結(jié)合開卷張力控制系統(tǒng)參數(shù)時(shí)變的變化規(guī)律,
2、研究探討了模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制算法在張力控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,分別介紹了張力產(chǎn)生的原理及典型PID控制算法和模糊控制的基本理論知識,通過將兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)合,提出將模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制策略引入到帶鋼間接張力控制中,以MATLAB為工具,對模糊自適應(yīng)PID張力控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真分析。仿真結(jié)果證實(shí)了用模糊自適應(yīng)PID控制系統(tǒng)代替原有的常規(guī)PID控制的恒線速度張力控制系統(tǒng)的有效性和可行性,較好地消除了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)變化對系統(tǒng)性能產(chǎn)生的影響。二關(guān)鍵詞:開卷機(jī);張力控制:卷徑計(jì)算;慣性力矩;模糊自適應(yīng)'-芒一II—二,l。I-,』r,P、-東北大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractThe
