1、石油機械2015年第43卷第1期CHINAPETROLEUMMACHINERY..鉆井技術(shù)與裝備脈沖式井下增壓鉆井裝置增壓特性研究付加勝李根生牛繼磊。史懷忠田守增(1.中國石油集團鉆井工程技術(shù)研究院2.中國石油大學(北京)油氣資源與探測國家重點實驗室3.中國石油大學(華東)石油工程學院)摘要:基于脈沖式井下增壓鉆井裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,建立了其活塞增壓模型,進而對其增壓特性進行數(shù)值模擬研究。研究結(jié)果表明,流體增壓是活塞運動和高壓噴嘴節(jié)流共同作用的結(jié)果。當其他條件相同時,高壓噴嘴出口流速隨轉(zhuǎn)速、活塞行程的增大而增大,并且增大幅度較高
2、,增壓壓力受這3個因素的影響規(guī)律相似;高壓噴嘴出口流速和增壓壓力都隨高壓噴嘴直徑的增大而明顯降低;隨著鉆井液密度增大,高壓噴嘴出口流速和增壓壓力稍微增大。高壓脈沖射流的脈沖頻率只與轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān),且隨轉(zhuǎn)速增大而增大,其他因素對其沒有影響。該研究結(jié)果為后續(xù)的樣機設(shè)計和現(xiàn)場試驗參數(shù)的確定提供了依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:井下增壓鉆井裝置;脈沖式;增壓特性;影響因素中圖分類號:TE921文獻標識碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1001—4578.2015.01.002StudyonSuperchargingCharacteristicofDow
