2、量之間呈線性加平臺(tái)的反應(yīng)關(guān)系,成熟葉的SPAD值與其全氮含量呈顯著線性正相關(guān),并與茶樹(shù)產(chǎn)量存在著比較明顯的關(guān)系拐點(diǎn),初步顯示SPAD可以較好地表征茶樹(shù)的氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,有可能作為快速診斷方法用于指導(dǎo)茶樹(shù)施肥,但是還需要通過(guò)大田試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。本文還探討了測(cè)定位點(diǎn)、葉位、天氣狀況、田間原位或離體測(cè)定方式、表面清洗以及樣本量等因素對(duì)SPAD測(cè)試精度的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:茶樹(shù);葉綠素儀;氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng);影響因素中圖分類號(hào):S571.1;S143.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000-369X(2008)04-301-08EvaluationofNit
