1、棉花學(xué)報(bào)CottonScience2007,19(2):106~113地面數(shù)字圖像技術(shù)在棉花氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷中的初步研究1,213112王曉靜,張炎,李磐,侯秀玲,馮固(1.新疆農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院土壤肥料研究所,烏魯木齊830000;2.中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)資源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,北京100094)摘要:為了探討利用圖像處理技術(shù)進(jìn)行棉花氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷的可行性,通過(guò)多水平的氮肥田間試驗(yàn),采用數(shù)碼相機(jī)獲取棉花冠層圖像,分析了不同氮水平下棉花冠層圖像色彩參數(shù)與施氮量、產(chǎn)量及多個(gè)氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系。研究表明:南疆畦灌條件下,氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平直接影響到棉花冠層光譜反射特性。紅、藍(lán)光標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化值與鈴期施氮量、產(chǎn)量之間有極顯著的
2、線性負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,采用R/(R+G+B)、B/(R+G+B)值可以直接用來(lái)診斷棉花鈴期的氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,或間接估測(cè)產(chǎn)量;鈴期綠光值G和綠光與紅光比值G/R與葉柄硝酸鹽濃度、植株全氮和地上部生物量之間都有較大的相關(guān)性,可以較為靈敏地反映棉花氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平,適宜作為氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷指標(biāo)。因此,應(yīng)用數(shù)字圖像技術(shù)進(jìn)行棉花氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷是可行的。關(guān)鍵詞:棉花;數(shù)字圖像;植株快速測(cè)試;氮營(yíng)養(yǎng)診斷中圖分類號(hào):S562.01文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):100227807(2007)0220106208StudyonCottonNStatusDiagnosisUsingDigitalImageProcessing1,2

7、i2factorialfieldtrialwiththreelevelsofNunderchannelirrigationatFenshoufarm,Awaticounty,Xinjiang.ThepossibilityofusingdigitalimageanalysismethodforplantNstatusdiagnosiswasstudied.Theresultsshowsignificantrelationshipbetweenco
