1、基于數(shù)字圖像技術(shù)的煙草氮素營養(yǎng)診斷研究鐘思榮糞絲雨陳仁霄陶瑤何寬信張世川張啟道劉齊元江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院/作物生理生態(tài)與遺傳育種教育部重點實驗室/江西省作物生理生態(tài)與遺傳育種重點實驗室江西省煙肚科學(xué)研宄所研宄煙草低氮脅迫下的葉片顏色信息變化,為田間快速診斷缺氮狀況,做到按需施肥提供理論依據(jù)。以營養(yǎng)液培養(yǎng)方式,對74個煙草品種的苗期進行低氮(0.5mmol/L)和正常氮(5.0rmnol/L)處理,通過采取煙草中上部葉片圖像信息與煙草植株氮素營養(yǎng)性狀進行分析,以探討數(shù)字圖像技術(shù)對煙草氮素營養(yǎng)診斷的可行性。結(jié)果
2、表明:R、G、11、S、I、r、g顏色特征值的變異系數(shù)均小于15%,可以作為較穩(wěn)定的性狀指標(biāo);HSI顏色模型相對于其它顏色模型,對氮素的變化更加敏感。葉片顏色R、G、B、H、1、r、g均值在低氮和正常氮水平上均有顯著性差異,S、b均值差異不顯著;且低氮脅迫下葉片顏色R、G、B、I、r、b均值均大于正常氮水平,低氮脅迫下H、g均值均小于正常氮水平。R、G特征值比B特征值更能靈敏地預(yù)測作物氮素營養(yǎng)狀況,并且與氮素營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性較好,而S、b特征值與氮素營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性較差。數(shù)字圖像技術(shù)能夠準(zhǔn)確評價煙
