5、ntlybeingintegratedintoSAPsTotalQualityManagementapproachtosoftwareimprovement.IntroductionSAPsrevenueandemploymenthavebeenrisinganaverage60%p.a.overthecourseofthelast15years.Duringthistime,SAPhaschangedfromasmallsoftwarecompanyemploying30peoplein1973andcateri
