2、驗(yàn)室,黑龍江大慶163318;2.中國石油大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,山東青島266555)摘暋要:暋以月桂酸、環(huán)氧氯丙烷和三乙胺為主要原料,經(jīng)酯化、季銨化合成了N,N,N-三乙基-2-羥基-3-月桂酰氧基丙基氯化銨(CELA),對CELA的合成進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,酯化反應(yīng)條件:n(月桂酸)暶n(環(huán)氧氯丙烷)=1.0暶1.2,反應(yīng)溫度為80曟,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為8h,芐基三乙基氯化銨(TEBAC)為催化劑,3-氯-2-羥基-月桂酸丙酯的收率達(dá)到98.7%;季銨化反應(yīng)條件:n(中間體)/n(三乙胺)=1.0暶1.8,反應(yīng)溫度為80曟,以異丙醇作溶劑,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為25h,得到粗產(chǎn)品
