1、遼寧中醫(yī)雜志2014年第41卷第1期·113·DOI∶10．13192/j．issn．1000-1719．2014．01．049中藥聯(lián)合貝那普利治療糖尿病腎病臨床療效1，2葛靜(1．南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)，江蘇南京210046;2．江蘇省中醫(yī)院，江蘇南京210029)摘要:目的:探討中藥聯(lián)合貝那普利治療糖尿病腎病的臨床效果。方法:選擇該院收治的128例糖尿病腎病患者的臨床資料，其中，觀察組64例患者采用中藥聯(lián)合貝那普利治療，而對(duì)照組64例患者采用貝那普利治療，比較兩組患者2的臨床效果。結(jié)果:治療后，觀察組患者的總有效率為93．75%，明顯高于
2、對(duì)照組患者，且差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ=4.23，P＜0.05)，觀察組患者的24hUMA、SCr、CCr等指標(biāo)均較對(duì)照組患者出現(xiàn)了明顯改善，組間比較，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜0.05)，觀察組與對(duì)照組患者的血糖指標(biāo)和血壓指標(biāo)均較治療前出現(xiàn)了明顯的改善，且組內(nèi)比較，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P＜0.05)，兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率相當(dāng)，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:金芪降糖片與西藥聯(lián)合治療糖尿病腎病可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀，有利于患者病情的恢復(fù)，值得臨床應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞:中藥;貝那普利;糖尿病腎病;臨床效果中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):Ｒ697文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:B文章編號(hào):1000
