3、palcomponentanalysis(DPCA)isanextensionofconventionalprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)fordealingwithmultivariatedynamicdataseriallycorrelatedintime.Basedonthefactthatthemeasuredvariablesinrelationtochunkmonitoringoftheindustrialfluidizedbedreactorarehighlyc
4、rosscorrelatedandautocorrelated,thispaperpresentsapracticalstrategyforchunkmonitoringbyadoptingDPCAinordertoovercometheshortcomingsoftheconventionalmethod.AfterintroducingthebasicprincipleofDPCA,bothhowtodeterminethetimelaggedlengthofdatamatrixandhowtoca
5、lculatethenonparametriccontrollimitswhenthedynamicdataarenotsubjecttotheassumptionofindependentlyidenticallydistribution(IID)werediscussed.AnappropriateDPCAmodelbasedontherealdatafromaindustrialfluidizedbedreactorwasbuilt,withparallelanalysisandempiricalr
6、eferencedistribution(ERD)methodtoselecttimelaggedlengthandcontrollimits,respectively.Duringdatapretreatment,datasmoothingwasusedtoreducenoiseandtheserialcorrelationstosomedegree.ThesimulationtestresultsshowedtheeffectivenessoftheDPCAbasedmethod.犓犲狔狑狅狉犱狊flu
7、idizedbedreactor,chunkmonitoring,dynamicprincipalcomponentanalysis,controllimit度控制不當(dāng)以及局部流化死區(qū)等原因都可能導(dǎo)致流引言化粒子結(jié)塊,影響反應(yīng)器效率和正常流化狀態(tài),嚴工業(yè)流化床反應(yīng)器的結(jié)塊現(xiàn)象是此類生產(chǎn)裝置重時將堵塞出料口和分布板,甚至在床層上形成堆在運行過程中的主要故障之一,直接影響到裝置能積,造成停車的嚴重事故.因此,流化床反應(yīng)器結(jié)[1]否長期穩(wěn)定運行.實際生產(chǎn)中由于反應(yīng)器靜電、塊過程的監(jiān)視與診斷一直是工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界共
