2、機(jī)性對(duì)SiC顆粒增強(qiáng)6061Al復(fù)合材料棘輪行為的影響進(jìn)行了有限元數(shù)值模擬。采用隨機(jī)序列吸附方法(RSA)生成各種多顆粒隨機(jī)分布的模型,探討了顆粒分布方式、數(shù)目、形狀和大小以及各自的隨機(jī)性對(duì)復(fù)合材料棘輪行為的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):顆粒尺寸越小、數(shù)目越多、分布在基體表面的比例越大,顆粒的增強(qiáng)效果越好;顆粒的大小和空間位置分布越均勻,復(fù)合材料抗循環(huán)變形的能力越強(qiáng);球形顆粒和均勻分布的假設(shè)可以得到很好的模擬結(jié)果。關(guān)鍵詞:顆粒增強(qiáng)金屬基復(fù)合材料;棘輪行為;隨機(jī)性;有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TB331;O344.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A犉犻狀

6、method,andthentheeffectsofthenumberofparticles,theparticlearrangement,shape,sizeandtheirstochasticdistributionsontheratchetingofthecompositeswerediscussedbythenumericalsimulations.Theresultsshowthatthesmallertheparticulatesizeandthehighertheproportionofthepart
7、iclesdistributingnearthesurfaceofmatrixaswellasthemorethenumberofparticulatescontainedintheunitcell,thehighertheresistancetotheratchetingdeformation.Meanwhile,themodeledcompositewithuniformdistributionofparticlesizeandlocationpresentshigherresistancetotheratch
