7、uaeducn目的:觀察聚醚型聚氯酯和具有不同硬段含量的聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯材料的體外和體內(nèi)降解性能。方法:用模擬環(huán)境進(jìn)行聚氨酯的體外水解、氧化降解和酶解實驗。分別置于37℃恒溫的PBS緩沖液和“H202/COCI2預(yù)氧Supportedby:theNationaIHigh-tech化一Papain酶解體系”進(jìn)行體外降解實驗。將聚氨酯植入大耳白兔背部肌肉進(jìn)行體內(nèi)降解實驗。.Researchand結(jié)果與結(jié)論:聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯耐降解性遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于聚醚型聚氨酯,且材料硬段含量越大,耐降解性越強(qiáng)。所有研究結(jié)果表明DevelopmentPr0gramOfC:hina聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯具
