1、緊急預(yù)案CRISISMANAGEMENTMANUAL一、總指揮:所有火災(zāi)及緊急事件均由總經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理，總經(jīng)理因事缺席將由行政副經(jīng)理或當(dāng)時(shí)酒店職位最高的行政管理人員負(fù)責(zé)。在事件處理過程中保持與緊急行動組的聯(lián)系，隨時(shí)掌握火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場情況；決定聯(lián)系城市消防隊(duì)給予幫助；決定播報(bào)區(qū)域或整體緊急廣播；下達(dá)局部或整體疏散命令，對外信息的發(fā)布人，緊急情況解除的決策者。Ⅰ.Commanderinchief:HotelGeneralManagerisresponsibleforfireandallemergencies.EAMorseniorm

3、先期到達(dá)現(xiàn)場的人員，負(fù)責(zé)對現(xiàn)場情況（報(bào)警信息）進(jìn)行確認(rèn)和初期處理，及時(shí)將現(xiàn)場信息反饋給監(jiān)控中心，在不危及個(gè)人安全的情況下，等待酒店緊急行動小組的到來。前廳值班經(jīng)理任組長。Ⅱ.Advancepartyteam:FrontOfficeDutyManagershouldbetheteamleader.Theadvancepartyteammeansthefirstarrivedteaminallemergencies,andisresponsiblefortheinitialconfirmationandhandlingoft

6、：當(dāng)先遣隊(duì)返回情況緊急、事態(tài)升級的現(xiàn)場信息給監(jiān)控中心后，監(jiān)控中心員工立即用對講機(jī)緊急呼叫緊急行動組成員，各成員接到通知后應(yīng)迅速趕往監(jiān)控中心進(jìn)行著裝、佩戴防護(hù)設(shè)備和滅火器材，在行動組組長的帶領(lǐng)下奔赴火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場。18緊急預(yù)案EMERGENCYPLAN到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后根據(jù)先遣隊(duì)的介紹立即展開火災(zāi)撲救，并對事發(fā)區(qū)域的人員進(jìn)行救援，搶救重要物資，控制區(qū)域動力供應(yīng)，增設(shè)警戒，隨時(shí)向總經(jīng)理報(bào)告現(xiàn)場情況的變化。在確保人員安全的前提下全力控制現(xiàn)場，聽從總指揮的指令、等待增援。緊急行動組組長由安全經(jīng)理或總工程師擔(dān)任（亦稱現(xiàn)場指揮）。Ⅲ:Emerge
