1、華清學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)用紙年產(chǎn)3萬(wàn)噸鎂鉻磚耐火材料廠工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要工藝設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于一個(gè)工廠的總設(shè)計(jì)非常重要,本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是年產(chǎn)三萬(wàn)噸鎂鉻磚耐火材料廠的設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括物料平衡的計(jì)算,主機(jī)平衡的計(jì)算,原料倉(cāng)庫(kù)及配料倉(cāng)的計(jì)算,各種設(shè)備的選型等。耐火材料用途廣泛,其獨(dú)特的性質(zhì)是其他材料無(wú)法替代的。但是如何高效率地生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的耐火材料則有待于改進(jìn),其中很重要的是我們需在工藝設(shè)計(jì)上多做努力。鎂鉻磚耐火度比較高,高溫強(qiáng)度大,抗堿性渣侵蝕性強(qiáng),熱穩(wěn)定性?xún)?yōu)良,對(duì)酸性渣也有一定的適應(yīng)性。燒制鎂鉻磚的生產(chǎn)工藝與鎂磚相仿。主要過(guò)程依次是原料的破粉碎,泥料的混煉,成型、干燥、燒成,以及成品
