2、大多數(shù)選煤廠的原煤倉(cāng)檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng)主要由原煤傳送機(jī)、傳感器、原煤倉(cāng)等設(shè)備組成。原有的煤倉(cāng)檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng)采用電氣控制裝置，測(cè)量精度低、控制分散、接線(xiàn)復(fù)朵、工作效率低。為了提高選煤廠儲(chǔ)煤效率和準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)煤位高度的要求，儲(chǔ)煤倉(cāng)需要實(shí)時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)量其煤位變化和控制儲(chǔ)煤量?，F(xiàn)在，國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程屮最常用的控制器就是可編程控制器(PLC),利用其開(kāi)關(guān)量和模擬量的功能模塊提高控制精度。本設(shè)計(jì)還利用控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)的脈沖數(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)精確配煤的目的。關(guān)鍵詞：原煤倉(cāng),PLC控制，配煤，超聲波傳感器，步進(jìn)電機(jī)ABSTRACTThedevelopment
