4、cordancewiththeprovisions"oftheUNCharter",theCouncilisentitledtodeterminetheexistenceofharmpeaceandsecuritysituation,andtotakeallactions,includingforce,torestorepeaceinthestate.ThismeansthattheCouncilcanplayanirreplaceableroleinnuclearnon-proliferationaffa
5、irs.TheCouncilcouldlegallydeterminethehazardsofnuclearproliferationtoworldpeace,cantakepeacefulmeanstosolvetheproblemofnuclearproliferation,wecantakemilitarymeasurestoeliminatenuclearproliferationsituation.Atpresent,themoreoftenusedpeacefulmeansofeconomics
6、anctions,suchasMarch7,2013SixthCouncilresolutionagainsttheDPRKhad"expandedfinancialsanctionsagainsttheDPRK"and"preventtheDPRKcar,jewelryandotherluxurygoods"inthepreviousresolution,alsorepeatedlyfrozenNorthKoreanentitiesandofficialsofassets,prohibitionofthe
7、DPRKtoprovideandsellluxurygoods.Sincethismeanseasyforothercountriescooperatewitheachotherforefficientinternationalcooperation,wecanquicklyachievethepurposeandeffectofsanctions.Internationalnon-proliferationregimeisanimportantpartoftheinternationalsecuritys
