5、larlyforthesuperstratecase.Especiallytherequiredpropertiesforthetransparentconductiveoxide(TCO)needtobewellbalancedinordertoprovide,atthesametime,forhighelectricalconductivity(preferablybyhighelectronmobility),lowopticalabsorptionandsurfacetexture(forlowopticallossesandp
