7、食。因此，中式菜名的翻譯也越來越得到重視。在中式菜名翻譯中，如果只是單純地把中文菜名直譯成英文，必然會導(dǎo)致交流上的誤解。因此中國菜名的翻譯不僅僅是語言轉(zhuǎn)換問題，更是一個文化因素的保留問題，只有保留了菜名中的中國文化，才能更準(zhǔn)確的向世界人民傳達我們中國文化的博大精深。本文主要從文化因素的角度入手，分析了中國菜名中所蘊含的文化因素比如文學(xué)、中草藥和吉兇意義，這些都是中國菜名所蘊含的獨特的文化特色,并通過大量例證分析了翻譯主體
