7、s.Keywords:translationmethods;cateringculture;Chinesedishnames;Culturalconnotation摘要飲食藝術(shù)是一個國家文化內(nèi)涵的重要組成部分22，改革開放以來，我國與世界各國的聯(lián)系日益緊密，中國的飲食文化在全世界得到廣泛傳播。另外，隨著我國加入世貿(mào)組織和全球化的不斷發(fā)展，中國菜已成為越來越多國際友人了解中國的一個重要窗口，扮演著重要角色。但是，由于語言，文化背景等方面限制了外國人對中國菜的了解與接受，因此，將中國菜翻譯成英語，將中國
