7、s.Keywords:translationmethods;cateringculture;Chinesedishnames;Culturalconnotation摘要飲食藝術(shù)是一個國家文化內(nèi)涵的重要組成部分22,改革開放以來,我國與世界各國的聯(lián)系日益緊密,中國的飲食文化在全世界得到廣泛傳播。另外,隨著我國加入世貿(mào)組織和全球化的不斷發(fā)展,中國菜已成為越來越多國際友人了解中國的一個重要窗口,扮演著重要角色。但是,由于語言,文化背景等方面限制了外國人對中國菜的了解與接受,因此,將中國菜翻譯成英語,將中國
