1、2.5軸數(shù)控加工自動編程與手工編程應用對比研究摘要自1952年數(shù)控機床誕生以來,先后研究生產(chǎn)出2軸、2.5軸、3軸與多軸控制的機床。程序編制也隨著機床的發(fā)展,先后經(jīng)歷了手工編程、APT語言編程和交互式圖形編程。程序編制是人與數(shù)控機床交流互動的介質,它在實現(xiàn)加工自動化、提高加工質量和加工精度、縮短產(chǎn)品研制周期等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。研究2.5軸數(shù)控加工自動編程與手工編程應用,對于合理選擇編程方法,理解編程知識,掌握編程方法,領悟數(shù)控編程思想具有重要意義。本設計首先介紹了數(shù)控機床產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展及我國數(shù)控機床發(fā)展狀況,闡述了設計研究的背景與意義。然后介紹了有關數(shù)控加工、數(shù)控編程等相關知識。其次對
2、給定零件凹模進行數(shù)控工藝分析(機床選擇、毛坯工藝、刀具與切削用量、走刀路線、工序劃分等)與程序編制。最后對凹模程序編制過程進行對比研究,總結手工編程與自動編程特點與應用流程圖,總結二者應用在工藝要求、程序結構、應用后期處理等方面的區(qū)別;在工藝分析、應用范圍、協(xié)調發(fā)展等方面的聯(lián)系;總結自動編程與手工編程應用的適用性。關鍵詞:2.5軸數(shù)控加工;手工編程;自動編程Thecomparativestudyofmanualandautomaticprogrammingabout2.5-axisCNCmachiningAbstractCNCmachinetoolshasgraduateoutput2
