1、淋浴水溫調(diào)節(jié)器設(shè)計摘要目前淋浴熱水器在家庭中運用越來越廣泛，然而市面上存在的淋浴調(diào)節(jié)方式主要是通過手動調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)量的大小來控制水溫的高低。這種調(diào)節(jié)方式不能夠很好的控制水溫的高低，有時由于調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)距淋浴地點較遠，給人們調(diào)節(jié)水溫帶來不便，因此，這種調(diào)節(jié)方式不能夠滿足人們追求生活舒適的要求。本論文介紹了一種以單片機為主要控制器件，以DS18B20為溫度傳感器的新型淋浴水溫調(diào)節(jié)器。它主要包括硬件電路的設(shè)計和軟件設(shè)計。硬件電路主要包括主控制器，測溫控制電路和顯示電路等，主控制器采用單片機STC89C54RD+，溫度傳感器采用DS18B20，顯示電路采用8位共陰極LED數(shù)碼管動態(tài)掃描顯示。測溫
2、控制電路由溫度傳感器電路和預設(shè)溫度電路組成，當實際測量溫度值大于或小于預置溫度值時，發(fā)出信號，從而單片機發(fā)出指令控制冷水口和熱水口的閥門，使熱水和冷水進入到一定大小的容器，保證容器的水溫在一定范圍內(nèi)變化。軟件設(shè)計主要包括主程序，測溫子程序和顯示子程序等。該設(shè)計能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)精確控制水的溫度，其中由于單片機的集成化，使產(chǎn)品小型化、智能化，既提高了產(chǎn)品的功能和質(zhì)量，又降低了成本，簡化了設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞：STC89C54RD+，DS18B20，顯示電路，測溫控制電路VIShowerwatertemperatureregulatordesignABSTRACTShowerwaterheateris
