1、淋浴水溫調(diào)節(jié)器設(shè)計(jì)摘要目前淋浴熱水器在家庭中運(yùn)用越來越廣泛,然而市面上存在的淋浴調(diào)節(jié)方式主要是通過手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)量的大小來控制水溫的高低。這種調(diào)節(jié)方式不能夠很好的控制水溫的高低,有時(shí)由于調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)距淋浴地點(diǎn)較遠(yuǎn),給人們調(diào)節(jié)水溫帶來不便,因此,這種調(diào)節(jié)方式不能夠滿足人們追求生活舒適的要求。本論文介紹了一種以單片機(jī)為主要控制器件,以DS18B20為溫度傳感器的新型淋浴水溫調(diào)節(jié)器。它主要包括硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。硬件電路主要包括主控制器,測溫控制電路和顯示電路等,主控制器采用單片機(jī)STC89C54RD+,溫度傳感器采用DS18B20,顯示電路采用8位共陰
2、極LED數(shù)碼管動(dòng)態(tài)掃描顯示。測溫控制電路由溫度傳感器電路和預(yù)設(shè)溫度電路組成,當(dāng)實(shí)際測量溫度值大于或小于預(yù)置溫度值時(shí),發(fā)出信號(hào),從而單片機(jī)發(fā)出指令控制冷水口和熱水口的閥門,使熱水和冷水進(jìn)入到一定大小的容器,保證容器的水溫在一定范圍內(nèi)變化。軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要包括主程序,測溫子程序和顯示子程序等。該設(shè)計(jì)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)精確控制水的溫度,其中由于單片機(jī)的集成化,使產(chǎn)品小型化、智能化,既提高了產(chǎn)品的功能和質(zhì)量,又降低了成本,簡化了設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:STC89C54RD+,DS18B20,顯示電路,測溫控制電路VIShowerwatertemperatureregulatord

7、ldwaterintothecontainertoacertainsize,toensurethatthetemperatureofthecontainerchangesacertainrange.Softwaredesignmainlyincludemainprogram,temperatureprogramanddisplayprogram.Thisdesigncanachieveprecisecontrolthetemperatureofthewaterinwhichtheintegratedsinglechipmaketheproductm
