1、北京市高學(xué)歷女性的初次就業(yè)問題的研究摘要女性就業(yè)一直都是社會關(guān)注的話題。而高學(xué)歷女性作為這個群體中的一部分，其就業(yè)就顯得更加重要。然而，近幾年來，市場就業(yè)壓力不斷增大已成為不爭的事實，受08年下半年經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響，失業(yè)率持續(xù)上升，高學(xué)歷女性的初次就業(yè)問題就顯得更加突出，主要表現(xiàn)為四點：一、高學(xué)歷女性在求職過程中遭遇到性別歧視。二、高學(xué)歷女性的就業(yè)質(zhì)量有所降低。三、高學(xué)歷女性就業(yè)領(lǐng)域往往比男性窄。四、高學(xué)歷女性選擇結(jié)婚或繼續(xù)深造來逃避就業(yè)。針對高學(xué)歷女性初次就業(yè)中存在的問題，本論文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、女性自身、學(xué)校教育、社會觀念、法律法規(guī)和人口等方面進(jìn)行了深入、系統(tǒng)的研究，總結(jié)
