1、自動(dòng)篩選系統(tǒng)首先是在工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家出現(xiàn)。隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展，大規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)的裝置不斷發(fā)展及大量的物流中心的岀現(xiàn)，大批量的物品篩選問題在過去依靠人工操作來完成的條件下已經(jīng)變得力不從心。為解決這樣的問題，口動(dòng)篩選系統(tǒng)在電了工業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸產(chǎn)生了。自動(dòng)篩選系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn)解決了如今很多領(lǐng)域的難題，是生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)得以連續(xù)和便捷，也節(jié)省了大量的人力和時(shí)間。同時(shí)也提高了篩選的精確性。對(duì)工業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。精密滾柱自動(dòng)篩選系統(tǒng)由S7-300PLC、光電傳感器、電感測微器、相敏檢波電路、電壓放大電路、電控閥以及各種指示燈和主令器件組成的電氣控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)精密滾柱直徑篩選系統(tǒng)的控制。系統(tǒng)通過測量機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生模擬電壓信
