2、2h后進(jìn)入對數(shù)期,16h后達(dá)到穩(wěn)定期,其OD600nm值分別為8.47、7.43。L.plantarumSN1和L.rhamnosusSN6的產(chǎn)酸速率較快,ph值在8h后就降到了4.2以下,48h后降到3.3左右。L.plantarumSN1和L.rhamnosusSN6在ph4的培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)16h后,其相對OD600nm值分別為49.29%、47.14%,具有較強(qiáng)的耐酸能力。L.plantarumSN1和L.rhamnosusSN6在0.3g/l膽鹽質(zhì)量濃度下培養(yǎng)16h后,相對OD600nm值分別為57.7%、69.48%;在0.6g/l膽鹽質(zhì)量濃度下的相對OD600nm值
