4、bertyandthePursuitofHappiness.ThattosecuretheseRights,GovernmentsareinstitutedamongMan,derivingtheirjustPowersfromtheConsentoftheGovernet,---thatwheneveranyFormofGovernmentbecomesdestructiveoftheseEnds,itistheRightofthePeopletoalterortoabolishit,andtoinstitutenewGovernment,layingitsFounda
5、tiononsuchPrinciples,andorganizingitsPowersinsuchForm,astothemshallseemmostlikelytoeffecttheirSafetyandHappiness.“Fromthispart,wecanfindthatallManarecreatedequal,andthisisoneoftheimportantfactorsofdemocracy,anditappealedtobuildanewgovernment.Allrightsofthegvernmentcomesfrompeople,andthego
