1、復(fù)合振動(dòng)儀治療骨質(zhì)疏松對(duì)骨代謝影響臨床觀察作者:鄭錦暢陳建庭裴衛(wèi)衛(wèi)【摘要】目的觀察復(fù)合振動(dòng)儀治療骨質(zhì)疏松(0P)對(duì)骨代謝的影響。方法70例OP志愿者隨機(jī)分成復(fù)合振動(dòng)組和對(duì)照組,每組35例。復(fù)合振動(dòng)組采用自行研制的復(fù)合振動(dòng)儀進(jìn)行全身振動(dòng)治療,振動(dòng)頻率45?55Hz,振動(dòng)強(qiáng)度0.5?0.8g,1次/隔天,30min/次,連續(xù)3個(gè)月,對(duì)照組不進(jìn)行任何干預(yù),于試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始前3天、試驗(yàn)后第1、3個(gè)月分別檢測(cè)各組堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨鈣素(0C)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)、鈣磷乘積(〔Ca)X(P〕)的變化。結(jié)果第3個(gè)月,復(fù)合振動(dòng)組
2、的ALP、OC、TRAP、(Ca〕X(P〕分別比試驗(yàn)前增加了44.6%、-9.4%、1.7%、7.5%,對(duì)照組的相應(yīng)指標(biāo)分別比試驗(yàn)前增加了22.8%、T3.3%、3.6%、4.7%,P值分別為0.108、0.788、0.606、0.171。結(jié)論復(fù)合振動(dòng)儀治療0P對(duì)骨代謝的影響無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但骨代謝的絕對(duì)值有變化?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】復(fù)合振動(dòng);骨質(zhì)疏松;堿性磷酸酶;骨鈣素;抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶;鈣磷乘積Clinicalobservationofbonemetabolisminosteoporosispatientstreatedwithc
