1、本科畢業(yè)論文(20屆)紫薯花色苷的提取及抗氧化性研究專(zhuān)業(yè):應(yīng)用化學(xué)10摘要:本文主要研究了紫薯花色苷的提取及抗氧化性,著重對(duì)紫甘薯花色苷的抗氧化性的研究。本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)超聲輔助有機(jī)溶劑浸提紫薯中的生物活性成分,通過(guò)柱層析分離,對(duì)提取物進(jìn)行分離,獲得紫薯花色苷,并對(duì)初制得到的紫薯花色苷進(jìn)行紅外譜圖分析,初步鑒定其成分。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)DPPH自由基清除體系、鄰苯三酚自氧化體系以及亞硝胺阻斷體系考查紫薯花色苷對(duì)DPPH自由基、超氧自由基以及亞硝酸鹽的清除能力,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明超聲輔助熱浸提適用于紫薯花色苷的提取,而且提取所得的紫薯花色管具有良好的
