2、14四、模型建立及分析17參考文獻24附錄程序25致謝27高斯光束通過非線性介質(zhì)的自聚焦現(xiàn)象摘要:隨著信息技術(shù)和納米技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,要求光信息存儲器件小的最小信息位尺寸、人規(guī)模集成電路和微電子技術(shù)中的光刻線寬和光學就微鏡的分辨率等均能達到納米量級(〈lOOnm),而由于光衍射木身的限制,無法達到實際需求。非線性薄膜材料的研究,通過選擇非線性強的光學薄膜材料,調(diào)節(jié)激光能量和控制薄膜厚度及結(jié)構(gòu),在非線性薄膜結(jié)構(gòu)的出射面能使光斑尺寸進一步下降,實現(xiàn)納米光斑。該光斑通過近場耦合作用在信息存儲薄膜或光刻薄膜上,從而
3、實現(xiàn)納米信息存儲、納米光刻或納米成像。木文主要研究高斯激光束通過非線性均勻絕緣介質(zhì)后光強的改變。由電磁場基本原理,推導出高斯光束是緩變振幅條件下波動方程的近似解,研究其在介質(zhì)突變而處的反射透射。重點研究高斯激光束在非線性介質(zhì)屮的傳播問題,這一過程屮有自聚焦現(xiàn)象。研究過程主要采用數(shù)值計算方法用秀分方程代替偏微分方程研究問題的數(shù)值解。比較光強的變化。關(guān)鍵詞:高斯光束,非線性,H聚焦,差分方程Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofinformationandnanotechnology,it
