7、的術(shù)前MRCP檢查，掃描序列包括SE序列TiWkFSE序列T2WRTiWIFS、T2WIFS、MRCP冠狀位掃描成像。結(jié)果本組61例胰頭癌100%出現(xiàn)了MRCP的特異征象，其中C1+P1型為53例，C1+P3型4例，C2+P1型和C2+P2型各2例，因此證明了胰頭癌的臨床出現(xiàn)就伴隨著膽總管胰頭段的破壞，但是這種現(xiàn)象卻出現(xiàn)了細(xì)胞病理學(xué)與MRCP不相一致（矛盾），從而導(dǎo)致我們對(duì)胰頭癌、侵襲了胰頭的十二指腸癌影像學(xué)的車新認(rèn)識(shí)。MRCP所顯示的胰頭癌體積均大于切除的病理標(biāo)本。這二點(diǎn)結(jié)論，難以用細(xì)胞病理學(xué)解釋的影像學(xué)內(nèi)容，我們?cè)囉梅肿佑?/p>
