2、載前,通過施加外力,使得構(gòu)件產(chǎn)生的拉應(yīng)力減小,從而延長(zhǎng)橋梁的使用壽命。設(shè)計(jì)橋梁跨度為30m+30m+36m+30m+30m,橋面總寬15.3m,一級(jí)公路標(biāo)準(zhǔn),雙向4車道,主梁采用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土,后張法施工。設(shè)計(jì)過程如下:首先,進(jìn)行橋型方案分析比選,擬定主梁形式。在擬定好主梁形式后進(jìn)行主梁主要構(gòu)造及細(xì)部尺寸的設(shè)計(jì),本設(shè)計(jì)采用箱形梁方案。其次,按照規(guī)范進(jìn)行主梁的作用效應(yīng)計(jì)算、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼束的估算及其布置并計(jì)算主梁截面幾何特性。再次,進(jìn)行鋼束預(yù)應(yīng)力損失計(jì)算、承載能力極限狀態(tài)計(jì)算、持久狀況正常使用極限狀態(tài)抗裂性驗(yàn)算、主梁變形驗(yàn)算。最后,進(jìn)行施工方案
