1、消化內(nèi)科臨床資料探討等離子刀經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡治療消化道息肉的安全性及療效。方法對(duì)100例消化道息肉患者，根據(jù)治療方法分為等離子刀組和高頻組。等離子刀組50例，胃息肉22例，結(jié)腸息肉28例;直腸下段低位息肉13例19顆，胃底近賁門息肉4例5顆;采用等離子刀儀經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡實(shí)施切除。高頻組50例，胃息肉23例，結(jié)腸息肉27例,采用高頻電。結(jié)果所有病例均一次性切除成功，全部臨床治愈，單顆息肉切除治療組費(fèi)時(shí)3-12(5±1.25)秒，對(duì)照組電凝電切費(fèi)時(shí)3-8(4.5±1.15)秒，兩組所用時(shí)間無(wú)顯著性差異(00.05)。等離子刀組完全愈
2、合時(shí)間為18-38(21土2.45)天；高頻組完全愈合時(shí)間為21-46(28±2.66)天,兩組愈合時(shí)間有顯著性差異(刀＜0.05)。結(jié)論等離子刀技術(shù)應(yīng)用于消化內(nèi)鏡下息肉切除，具有安全、療效可靠，其療效與高頻電切相當(dāng)，且能夠在內(nèi)鏡反轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)針對(duì)胃底、直腸下段等特殊部位息肉實(shí)施冇效切除，在術(shù)后愈合時(shí)間上明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，可嘗試作為內(nèi)鏡下切除消化道息肉的首選方法，對(duì)具有消化內(nèi)鏡診療條件的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞等離子刀高頻消化道息肉內(nèi)鏡切除Comparisonofeffectofplasmaradio-fre
