1、針刺辨證治療功能性消化不良臨床療效觀察劉巧媚'周利2胡曄I張紅星2(1.湖北中醫(yī)藥人學(xué)，湖北武漢430061;2.湖北省武漢市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院，湖北武漢430022)【摘要】目的：觀察針刺辨證治療功能性消化不良的臨床療效。方法：應(yīng)用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將84例研究對象分為治療組43例、對照組41例。治療組根據(jù)患者辨證分型的不同，分別施以相應(yīng)的針刺方案治療；對照組則不辨證統(tǒng)一采用一種針刺方案治療。觀察患者治療前后癥狀積分及療效指數(shù),SF-36評分,NDI指數(shù)以及血漿胃動(dòng)素的變化。結(jié)果：治療組總有效率93.02%,對照組總有效率78.05%,經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)，組I'可差界有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0
