1、論文題目:循環(huán)流化床鍋爐底渣顯熱回收工藝優(yōu)化摘要隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,能源過(guò)度消耗與環(huán)境保護(hù)之間的問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,循環(huán)流化床(簡(jiǎn)稱CFB)鍋爐技術(shù)作為一種高效低污染潔凈燃燒技術(shù),得到了迅猛發(fā)展。但CFB鍋爐爐底排渣量大,并帶有大量的物理顯熱,如何高效回收利用這部分余熱,對(duì)提高CFB鍋爐效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排有著重大意義。論文以唐山開(kāi)灤東方發(fā)電有限責(zé)任公司490t/hCFB鍋爐為研究對(duì)象,在CFB鍋爐結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及煤種特性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了現(xiàn)有滾筒冷渣器的運(yùn)行狀況,提出了將冷渣器原有冷卻水源閉式工業(yè)水改造成凝結(jié)水,凝結(jié)水吸收完熱量后
2、再通過(guò)水泵進(jìn)入低壓加熱器進(jìn)行循環(huán),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)底渣顯熱的回收利用的工藝改造方案,并對(duì)改造方案進(jìn)行了熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明:改造方案雖然使汽機(jī)絕對(duì)內(nèi)效率有所下降,但提高了鍋爐效率,全廠熱效率最終提高了0.26%。其研究結(jié)果可為CFB鍋爐的運(yùn)行和設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒和參考。關(guān)鍵詞:CFB鍋爐;滾筒冷渣器;底渣顯熱;高效回收;工藝優(yōu)化ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentoftheglobaleconomy,thecontradictionbetweenexcessiveconsumptionofenergyandenvi
