1、內(nèi)容摘要收入分配不僅反映社會再生產(chǎn)的過程和結(jié)果,而且對要素的合理配置和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有明顯的導向作用。合理的收入分配格局,有利于保持社會穩(wěn)定,為國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和改革的進一步深化創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境，隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,我國居民收入分配水平在普遍提高的同時,也出現(xiàn)了差距相對擴大的現(xiàn)象。文章以我國居民收入分配格局的現(xiàn)狀和特征為基礎，通過對10年來我國居民收入分配的演變特征分析，分別從城鎮(zhèn)居民與農(nóng)村居民、不同地區(qū)間和不同行業(yè)間居民收入分配格局的變動趨勢進行比較分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)我國城鎮(zhèn)居民與農(nóng)村居民之間的收入差距不斷擴大，行業(yè)間收入差距進一步上

2、升，地區(qū)間收入差距也在不斷擴大。通過基尼系數(shù)的整體變動分析我國居民收入分配格局的變化趨勢，并從經(jīng)濟增長、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)三個方面，利用逐步回歸法分析影響我國居民收入分配格局變化的主要影響因素，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)失業(yè)率是影響居民收入差距擴大的主要因素，最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果給出了合理分配居民收入、縮小我國居民收入分配差距的具體建議。關鍵詞：居民收入分配格局;基尼系數(shù);回歸分析AbstractIncomedistributionnotonlyreflectssocialreproductionprocessandresults,butal
