2、硝酸鈉易溶于水、PH值處于屮性附近時(shí)可轉(zhuǎn)化為二氧化硏的特點(diǎn),采取堿性濕法冶金技術(shù)原理提取晞,其基本路線釆用堿渣破碎、球磨、浸出、凈化、中和、熾燒、堿溶、電積來(lái)得到純晞。重點(diǎn)研究了浸出吋NaOH濃度、浸出吋間對(duì)碼浸出率的影響,NazS和CaCb対Cu、Pb和Si雜質(zhì)的去除效果,中和沉碼的最佳PH值,鍛燒除Se的效果,電積電流密度対電積確純度的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,浸出時(shí)NaOH最佳濃度為濃度25g-L'1,最佳浸出時(shí)間為4h,用NazS、CaCb除去浸出液屮的雜質(zhì)CutPb”和SiCh可以取得理想效果,屮和沉碼
