2、菌株進(jìn)行特異性16SrDNA擴(kuò)增,確認(rèn)為蛭弧茵,命名為Bd-MLBd-Ml對(duì)大多數(shù)海水養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物病原菌有裂解作用,裂解率在90%(20/22)以上,模擬水環(huán)境實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),蛭弧菌對(duì)副溶血弧茵有較強(qiáng)的裂解和凈化作用,102h內(nèi)能使副溶血弧菌從3.0xl08CFU/mL下降到8.7xl03CFU/mL。動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)表明蛭弧菌能有效預(yù)防對(duì)蝦弧菌病的發(fā)生,表明蛭弧菌有望成為水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物疾病防治的一種有效的生物制劑。關(guān)鍵詞:副溶血弧菌,蛭弧茵,對(duì)蝦,生物防治Isolation,IdentificationofMarineBdellovibriosandItsEffecton
