1、交鎖髓內(nèi)釘治療脛骨骨折40例臨床研究［摘要］目的研究交鎖髓內(nèi)釘治療脛骨骨折的療效。方法選擇2007年12月?2012年12月在我院進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的脛骨骨折患者76例,其中行交鎖髓內(nèi)釘固定治療的40例設(shè)為觀察組，其余行外固定支架治療的36例患者設(shè)為對照組，觀察比較兩組患者術(shù)后的優(yōu)良率及骨折愈合時間、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果根據(jù)Johner-Wruh法進(jìn)行手術(shù)的療效評定,術(shù)后觀察組的優(yōu)良率達(dá)70.00%,明顯高于對照組的優(yōu)良率50.00%,兩組優(yōu)良率組間比較，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)；術(shù)后觀察組的骨折愈合時間明顯快于對
