1、以Fe(III)為電子受體聚磷菌篩選、鑒定及聚磷特性作者簡(jiǎn)介:任麗平(1971),女,副教授,博士生,主要從事資源微生物和水污染控制研究,(Email)xhrlph@163.com0張智(通信作者),男,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,(Email)zhangzhicq@126.com0摘要:結(jié)合平板分離法、poly-P和PHB染色以及檸檬酸鐵還原實(shí)驗(yàn),從污水處理廠活性污泥中分離獲得一株以Fe(III)為電子受體厭氧聚磷的聚磷菌株AP3,其16SrDNA與PseudomonasmosseliiATCCBAA-99的同源性為99%。菌株AP3于檸檬酸鐵液體培養(yǎng)基和無(wú)鐵液體培養(yǎng)基中厭氧避光
2、、27°C靜置培養(yǎng),在含有Fe(III)的培養(yǎng)基中比在無(wú)Fe(III)的培養(yǎng)基中生長(zhǎng)好;菌株AP3在無(wú)Fe(III)的培養(yǎng)基中,表現(xiàn)出典型的厭氧釋磷特征,釋磷量為3.68mg?L-1;在含有Fe(III)的培養(yǎng)基中,先厭氧釋磷,釋磷量為6.62mg?L-1,10h之后開(kāi)始厭氧聚磷,聚磷量為5.89mg?L-lo菌株AP3能以Fe(III)為電子受體,具有厭氧聚磷特征。關(guān)鍵詞:聚磷菌;篩選;鑒定;氧化鐵;電子受體中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):X172文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):16744764(2012)03014605ScreeningandIdentificationofPhosphateA
