6、islowadvantage,itisworthyoffurtherstudyandclinicalapplication.[Keywords]BalanceAcupunctureNeckAndShoulderSyndromeCuratureAdjustingMethodThrough4-DimentionalTractions摘要：目的：通過平衡針與四維牽引調(diào)曲并用治療頸肩綜合征的臨床研究，觀察其療效及遠(yuǎn)期效應(yīng)。方法：將158例符合頸肩綜合征的患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，治療組選用平衡針與四維牽引調(diào)曲并用方法治療，對(duì)照組選用傳統(tǒng)毫
7、針的治療方法治療。結(jié)果：治療組基木治愈率為67.5%,總有效率100%o對(duì)照組基木治愈率為45.4%，總有效率為94.7%o經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理，治療期間兩組總體改善率的組間比較有顯著性羌異（PV0.05）。治療組總體療效明顯優(yōu)丁?對(duì)照組。隨訪結(jié)果顯示：優(yōu)良率治療組97.4%,對(duì)照組89.3%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：平衡針與四維牽引調(diào)曲并用的療法對(duì)頸肩綜合征的治療總體療效是明確的，而11冇100%冇效，復(fù)發(fā)率低的優(yōu)勢，值得深入研究和臨床推廣?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】平衡針頸肩綜合征四維牽引調(diào)曲頸啟綜合征是一種以頸胸關(guān)節(jié)失穩(wěn)及周圍肌肉、韌帶勞損，頸椎追行
