1、第8卷第5期環(huán)境工程學(xué)報(bào)Vol.8,No.52014年5月ChineseJournalofEnvironmentalEngineeringMay2014混凝-膜組合工藝處理水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖廢水*陳強(qiáng)黎中寶陳明嶺(集美大學(xué)水產(chǎn)學(xué)院,福建省海洋漁業(yè)資源與生態(tài)環(huán)境重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,廈門361021)摘要采用混凝-膜過濾組合工藝處理鰻鱺養(yǎng)殖廢水,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了混凝對廢水的處理效果,確定了最佳的混凝劑和助凝劑,并對水體進(jìn)行2種膜工藝的處理。結(jié)果表明,聚合氯化鋁鐵(PAFC)是處理鰻鱺養(yǎng)殖廢水的理想混凝劑,最佳用量為30mg/L;加入助凝劑殼聚糖
2、,能有效提高混凝劑污染物去除效果,助凝劑最佳用量為0.3mg/L,pH值約為6.0;膜分離可以進(jìn)一步提高處理效果。在系統(tǒng)進(jìn)水化學(xué)需氧量質(zhì)量濃度為6.82~7.65mg/L,氨氮質(zhì)量濃度為0.78~0.92mg/L,亞硝酸鹽氮質(zhì)量濃度為0.35~0.39mg/L,硝酸鹽氮質(zhì)量濃度為2.49~3.07mg/L,活性磷酸鹽質(zhì)量濃度為0.74~0.89mg/L,水溫為20~28℃時(shí),混凝-膜過濾組合方法對養(yǎng)殖廢水中5項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的去除率分別為:75.6%、61.2%、82.9%、37.5%和59.1%。但總體而言,混凝-膜組合工藝
