1、畢業(yè)設計(論文)題目:聚乙烯醇/殼聚糖復合水凝膠學院:紡織與材料學院專業(yè)班級:高分子材料與工程專業(yè)11級(1)班指導教師:李建軍職稱:副教授學生姓名:馮超學號:41101020109摘要聚乙烯醇/殼聚糖復合水凝膠因具有優(yōu)良的機械強度、吸水性,生物相容性及生物降解性,同時又具有pH/離子/溫度敏感性和良好的生物相容性,因此日益顯示其在生物醫(yī)學材料等領域的重要性。本文以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和殼聚糖(CS)為原料、以戊二醛為交聯劑在醋酸溶液中合成了聚乙烯醇/殼聚糖復合水凝膠,并研究了聚乙烯醇與殼聚糖的質量比及戊二醛用量對水凝膠吸水性的影響。結果表明:當聚乙烯醇與殼聚糖質量比為1,戊二醛濃度為0.2
2、13mol/L時,水凝膠的綜合性能最佳。水凝膠溶脹度隨著聚乙烯醇與殼聚糖質量比、交聯劑戊二醛濃度的增大而分子間形成的氫鍵締合增多,進而溶脹度減小。關鍵詞:聚乙烯醇,殼聚糖,水凝膠,吸水性ABSTRACTThesynthesizedhydrogelhasagoodbiocompatibility.Polyvinylalcohol-chitosancomplexhydrogelwasveryimportantinthematerialsofbiomedicineduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,biocompatibility,biodegradati
