3、試驗,考察了變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率對彈性應(yīng)變和蠕變應(yīng)變的影響,獲得其熱力學(xué)性能。通過等溫度和非等試驗考察了變形溫度、熱成形終了溫度和壓邊對熱成形后回彈的影響。采用有限元法對槽形件非等溫熱成形過程進行了數(shù)值模擬。從試驗結(jié)果和模擬結(jié)果可知,熱效應(yīng)是引起回彈的主要因素,蠕變應(yīng)變減少了熱成形后的回彈量。蠕變應(yīng)變和熱效應(yīng)是影響熱成形中回彈的主要因素。關(guān)鍵詞:蠕變;有限元方法;數(shù)值模擬;高強鋼;熱沖壓;回彈中圖分類號:V261.3;TG306文獻標識碼:AAbstract:Largeamountofspringbackisoneofthemajorpmblemsinvolvedintheh
