2、結(jié)構(gòu),將整個(gè)系統(tǒng)分為信息采集層、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層、安全管理層、應(yīng)急指揮層4個(gè)層次.信息采集層主要通過(guò)空基、地基等多種手段獲取交通信息;網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸層處理各類網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信數(shù)據(jù)包的存儲(chǔ)和轉(zhuǎn)發(fā);安全管理層確保系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)和傳輸?shù)陌踩?;?yīng)急指揮層實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)一接警、處警決策與協(xié)調(diào)指揮.實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于空基信息的道路輪廓特征和電子地圖矢量道路的提取,以及航拍圖像與電子地圖的匹配,為辨識(shí)突發(fā)事件情況下的路段排隊(duì)長(zhǎng)度和車(chē)輛密度奠定了基礎(chǔ).關(guān)鍵詞:交通;感知;應(yīng)急指揮;安全;信息中圖分類號(hào):U113文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001.5965(2014)03-0309-05Air—groundcoordina
