2、,否則就會(huì)被殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭所淘汰,這己是不爭的事實(shí)!現(xiàn)在很多企業(yè)都已經(jīng)意識(shí)到加強(qiáng)采購管理己成為企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,有效地運(yùn)用企業(yè)的采購供應(yīng)鏈及其資源,采用合適的釆購管理策略是金業(yè)增加利潤的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文是我通過從事幾年的采購管理工作和參考相關(guān)資料,對(duì)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)汽車企業(yè)采購管理現(xiàn)狀及采購成本、供應(yīng)商管理策略進(jìn)行了全面的分析,并提出了一些管理策略的選擇及注意事項(xiàng)。關(guān)鍵詞:采購;現(xiàn)狀;成本;供應(yīng)商;策略;選擇AbstractTurntheprogressalongwiththeglobalecon
