1、豬傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌的分離鑒定、致病性與藥敏試驗摘要:從湖北省幾個豬場具有嚴(yán)重呼吸道癥狀的疑似病例中,采集了肺臟、扁桃體、關(guān)節(jié)液及心包液等病料,進(jìn)行了細(xì)菌的分離培養(yǎng)及菌落形態(tài)觀察、染色鏡檢、生化試驗、PCR檢驗、血清型鑒定、藥敏試驗及致病性試驗。結(jié)果表明,分離到的8株細(xì)菌為豬傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌(Actinobac訂luspleuropneumoniae,APP)。血清型分型鑒定結(jié)果為1型的6株,3型的2株。藥敏試驗結(jié)果顯示,分離的菌株對頭胞類、先鋒霉素類表現(xiàn)較高的敏感性,為豬場用藥提供了科學(xué)參考。關(guān)鍵詞:豬傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌(Actinoba

7、由胸膜肺炎放線桿菌(Actinobac訂luspleuropneumoniae,APP)引起的一種高度傳染性呼吸道疾病,能引起豬的胸膜肺炎和肺炎等。隨著養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的規(guī)?;?、集約化發(fā)展,該病已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重危害養(yǎng)豬業(yè)發(fā)展的主要呼吸道疾病之一[1]。根據(jù)APP生長是否需要煙酰胺腺p票吟二核昔酸(NicotinamideAdeninedinucleotide,NAD),分為兩個生物型,即生物I型(NAD依賴菌株)和生物II型(非NAD依賴型),根據(jù)APP表面莢膜多糖和脂多糖抗原性的不同,又分為15個血清型,生物I型包括血清型1T2型和15型[2]。本研究對湖北省武漢市
