2、HPV16陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本HPV16總整合率為78.69%,在正常宮頸組織、CIN1、CIN2、CIN3和宮頸癌中整合率分別為60.00%、66.67%、75.00%、86.96%和88.63%,隨病變加重,整合率增強(qiáng),組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);FHIT蛋白的總?cè)笔蕿?3.44%,F(xiàn)HIT蛋白在正常宮頸組織、CIN1、CIN2、CIN3和宮頸癌中的缺失率分別為15.00%、20.00%、25.00%、43.48%和72.73%。FHIT蛋白的缺失率,隨病變加重,缺失率增高,組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P
