2、HPV16陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本HPV16總整合率為78.69%，在正常宮頸組織、CIN1、CIN2、CIN3和宮頸癌中整合率分別為60.00%、66.67%、75.00%、86.96%和88.63%，隨病變加重，整合率增強(qiáng)，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；FHIT蛋白的總?cè)笔蕿?3.44%，F(xiàn)HIT蛋白在正常宮頸組織、CIN1、CIN2、CIN3和宮頸癌中的缺失率分別為15.00%、20.00%、25.00%、43.48%和72.73%。FHIT蛋白的缺失率，隨病變加重，缺失率增高，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
