1、摘要在當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮下,在線旅游作為一個(gè)新興的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),逐漸顯現(xiàn)出拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用,由于旅游行業(yè)的快速增長(zhǎng),使得眾多國(guó)家和地區(qū)開(kāi)始重視旅游行業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用??v觀全球,旅游市場(chǎng)風(fēng)起云涌,旅游行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期利好,吸引越來(lái)越多的創(chuàng)業(yè)者駐足。從目前情況來(lái)看,在線旅游市場(chǎng)處于發(fā)展變革期,消費(fèi)升級(jí)帶來(lái)了全新的服務(wù)需求和用戶(hù)體驗(yàn),尤其是隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的崛起,旅游行業(yè)正面臨著新一輪的洗牌,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)逐漸成為各大在線旅游服務(wù)商的新戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。旅游市場(chǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大以及在線旅游業(yè)滲透率的不斷提升,在線旅游市場(chǎng)未來(lái)前景光明,可是我國(guó)在線旅游網(wǎng)站起
2、步晚,技術(shù)和法律都不完善,網(wǎng)站的發(fā)展主要借助于國(guó)外成功網(wǎng)站的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。許多旅游網(wǎng)站也意識(shí)到這一點(diǎn)并且積極轉(zhuǎn)型,結(jié)合中國(guó)的國(guó)情發(fā)展具有中國(guó)特色的旅游網(wǎng)站。本文主要分為以下幾大部分:首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于在線旅游網(wǎng)的相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)行闡述,并著重對(duì)我國(guó)在線旅游網(wǎng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析。其次,以攜程網(wǎng)盈利模式的構(gòu)成為重心,從利潤(rùn)來(lái)源、客戶(hù)價(jià)值、經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)三方面分析攜程網(wǎng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況。再次,根據(jù)攜程網(wǎng)六年來(lái)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用杜邦分析法對(duì)其財(cái)務(wù)杠桿的利用、盈利能力的大小、成長(zhǎng)速度的快慢進(jìn)行分析。最后研究了攜程網(wǎng)現(xiàn)有盈利模式的優(yōu)勢(shì),并適當(dāng)預(yù)測(cè)中
3、國(guó)在線旅游網(wǎng)的發(fā)展情況,希望能給同類(lèi)型的網(wǎng)站提供借鑒的價(jià)值。本文通過(guò)分析研究得出的結(jié)論是:在線旅游服務(wù)商的價(jià)格大戰(zhàn)依然會(huì)持續(xù),低價(jià)傾銷(xiāo)手段依然盛行;得益于酒店板塊的巨大收益,在線旅游網(wǎng)在酒店領(lǐng)域暗戰(zhàn)頻頻,各大網(wǎng)站倍加重視酒店業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展;大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代到來(lái),各大網(wǎng)站紛紛效仿攜程,實(shí)時(shí)了解消費(fèi)者的喜好,合理安排出行計(jì)劃;在線旅游行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者繁多,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,服務(wù)商們通過(guò)資源整合獲取最豐富的旅游資源。關(guān)鍵詞:在線旅游網(wǎng)攜程旅行網(wǎng)盈利模式IIIAbstractUnderthepresenteconomictide,onli
