2、領、發(fā)放料人員應在用料記錄單上簽字。 6、專職領取人員實樣核對品名、規(guī)格、批號、數量，并檢查印刷質量，做好驗收記錄，標簽應按品種、規(guī)格分類，存放在專柜內上鎖保管，做好出入數量記錄。 7、產品粘貼簽工序由專人領取標簽，制劑室根據生產計劃及中間品檢驗合格單限額發(fā)放，并填寫領取記錄。 8、產品粘貼簽工序應填報實用數量，如果實用數量與領用數量發(fā)生差額時，應表明差額原因，并做好記錄。 9、標簽不得改做它用或涂改后再用。 10、貼標簽工序剩余的以印批號的標簽，不得退回倉庫，應指定專人負責銷毀，并做好銷毀記錄?！ ?1、印刷藥品標簽的模板在未終止使用前，應采取嚴格防止標簽外流措施，orasingl
